Relieve PMS Pain With Green Juices.

A simple green drink can eliminate PMS, lighten menstrual flow, and slow fibroid growth.

I'm so pumped right now. The business mentor I follow deleted 30K of her subscribers but kept the most responsive and engaging. I made the cut!


Her posts and products offer invaluable direction - God often confirms my next steps through her. I’m so happy.


And I'm super excited about juicing for PMS and fibroid relief.


I can't tell you how many good things have happened since I started.



I felt a yearning to juice.


The acupuncturist at my weekly appointment checked my pulse, asking if I felt tired. As I answered “yes” while reviewing the previous week for explanations, I realized eating turkey wore me out. I sensed a weariness as the image of me devouring a turkey burger came to mind.


It wasn't a real turkey - it was turkey burgers and turkey hot dogs. You know processed "healthier" alternatives to red meat. (Would turkey burgers from scratch feel different in my body? That's something I'll check out.)


Plus, I'd processed a lot of other people's stuff from binge-watching Amazon Prime.


I don't watch bloody movies or horror stories. But ingesting other's emotional issues can complicate mine.


So, a week of nutrient and emotional depletion sparked a juicing crave.


I dumped the idea of overhauling my monthly budget to squeeze out 300.00 for fresh juice. I'm sure fresh juice makes a difference but my body screamed "Get started!" so I blended powdered greens and berries from Nature's Plus - what I already had in my cabinet.


All I can say is "Wow!" I struggle to express the sheer pleasure of juice fasting. It exceeded my expectations.


I experienced...


  • More sustained energy - not highs and lows

  • Increased concentration and focus

  • Sustained satiety

  • Plumber and hydrated looking skin

  • Brighter skin (even w/o my vitamin C nightly serum)

  • No PMS

  • A pain-free 1st day of my menstrual flow

  • Lighter flow and reduced pain on the second and third days

  • Insomnia for one night versus two to three while on my menstrual flow

  • Normal appetite while on my menstrual flow as I had the strength and desire to cook

Green tea extract alone blew my mind. In one study, participants received 800 mg of decaffeinated green tea extract for four months. They reported fibroid shrinkage by an average of 32%!


Ok, who's driving to Whole Foods right now. You or me?!?! Because seriously!


Other possible reasons I feel so good:

  1. Dandelion, quinoa, and flax seed also produce butyric acid - another anti-fibroid nutrient. While fermenting vegetables, legumes, and carbs with gut bacteria and microbes, the large intestines make butyric acid. It prevents a rapid increase of fibroid cells and new blood vessels - angiogenesis. More blood vessels lead to heavy bleeding - aka menorrhagia.

  2. Calcium, from kale, spinach, and broccoli, also prevents breast cancer regeneration and growth. It could lower fibroid risk and slow their growth too.

  3. Green tea, flaxseed, and curcumin act as aromatase inhibitors decreasing estrogen production. Inhibiting estrogen reduces inflammatory pain like menstrual cramps.


I did tweak the juicing a bit. I started about 4 days before my menstrual flow. On my flow, I ate and drank normally but still had 32 ozs of juice a day.


Upon reflection, I realized curcumin and ginger made me bleed heavier. They’re blood thinners so that makes sense.


On the second cycle, I paused juicing while on my bleed resulting in lighter menses. Once I completed the flow, I replaced lunch with 32 ozs of juice. And continue to do so daily.


In trial and error, I've found the best way to maintain my new regimen. And, along with the FFP principle - fat, fiber, and protein - I'm empowered, making changes that heal.



If you want to start juicing.


I recommend a few things:

  1. Buy organic, fresh fruits and vegetables.

  2. Replace a meal like lunch to transition into juicing.

  3. Be aware of unfavorable reactions. Detoxing can cause symptoms like headaches, irritability, fatigue, even illness.

  4. Ensure you move your bowels daily first. Juice fasting burns fat for energy. Fat cells then release a grip of toxins into your bloodstream. Constipation - which includes not going to the bathroom daily - causes toxin reabsorption. So, increase bowel movements first with more fiber, water, and exercise. Ask your doctor for help if that doesn't work.

  5. Juice fast during downtime - not the holidays, a move, or a big event. You may feel tired and resting helps the process.

  6. Check these recommendations when using a green powder.

  7. Drink lots of water to prevent kidney stones. Green veggies release chemicals called oxalates. They're excreted from the body through a bowel movement. Or, through the kidneys when your body's low on calcium and water. Oxalates then clump together causing a kidney stone. So drinks lots of water while fasting. And increase calcium levels with fermented greek yogurt, seeds, sardines, beans, lentils, almonds, figs, and rhubarb otherwise.
